CTIJ — Youth Training and Boarding Center
A free farm-school for the integral formation of young adults, aged 18 and over, in situations of social vulnerability in the Paraíba backlands: education, a trade, character and faith under one roof.

01On Highway PB-095, km 4, in Massaranduba/PB, there is a 1-hectare farm. There the CTIJ will be built — a free boarding school for the integral formation of young adults, aged 18 and over, in situations of social vulnerability, with capacity for 120 students across 6 residential modules. CTIJ serves exclusively people over 18; the Institute does not operate a residential care service for children or adolescents.
02Instituto Verbo Zin already has the project approved in the minutes and the bylaws registered with a notary. What is missing now is acquiring the land and raising the resources to build.

The campus land
The heart of the CTIJ: 1 hectare of land in the Massaranduba backlands. It's where everything happens — housing, farming, classes and community. Today, open land awaiting the foundation; tomorrow, home to 120 young adults.

How we support
Support for this cause follows the same principle as the whole Institute: a monthly resource request, reviewed with a flexibility margin of about 20% for unforeseen needs, and a weekly photo sent by WhatsApp confirming the action carried out.
